THE ECBs gender pay gap figures for 2016-17 reveal an alarming 60.2 per cent disparity in the bonuses paid to male and female staff — far more than at the FA or Lawn Tennis Association.
With the England cricket team not having done anything spectacular that year, it points to ECB chief executive Tom Harrison and his executive staff receiving out-of-proportion bonuses.
