Brooklyny Nine-Nine, 9pm, E4 PERALTA (Andy Samberg, ppictured) and Diaz are in prison as this U.S. comedy kicks off its fifth season with a typically snappy two-parter eentitled The Big HHouse. Peralta is trying to learn the secrets of a druglord (Lou Diamond Phillips), and the bond he forges with his cellmate — a thoughtful cannibal — in the process is a lot of fun.
