SHARES in Instem soared after it announced one of its major clients had adopted its cloud-based software.

The deal means its client, referred to only as ‘one of the world’s largest chemical products companies’, will receive its software over the internet as opposed to having it installed on-site.

Aim-listed Instem says the deal will boost the income it receives from the client by 40pc a year.

Shares rocketed 21.6pc, or 40.5p, to 228p.
