Plane stupid

RYANAIR’S Michael O’ Leary has threatened to ground planes and ruin people’s holidays to force us to change our minds on Brexit (Mail).

Does he not realise that stopping holidaymakers going to Spain, Portugal and Italy will force those counties into recession? And if he carries out his threat, how many people will ever fly Ryanair again?

Those who try to thwart Brexit are only strengthening our resolve.

K. JACKSON, Bridgend. WHAT an opportunity for all the other airlines serving the UK. I have always refused to travel on such an unfriendly airline as Ryanair, and this threat only confirms my opinion.
