A bit off the Crown! Claire’s tomboy cut
AFTER discovering she was paid less than her male co-star in The Crown, Claire Foy seems determined to show she is one of the boys.
The actress, who as the young Elizabeth II on TV wore her hair mid-length and wavy, showed off a very different style while shopping in London. Miss Foy has had a trendy bowl cut, with a blunt black fringe and shaved sides. She completed the tomboy look with baggy jeans and white trainers.
The 33- year- old, who recently announced her separation from husband Stephen Campbell Moore, earned a Golden Globe award and international acclaim for her role in The Crown.
But last week it was revealed she was paid less than Matt Smith, who played Prince Philip in the Netflix drama.
