Out of the mouths of babes

MY NINE-year-old grandson Ben played the piano in the school teatime concert, but unlike many of the other participants, who were very serious, he seemed to really enjoy himself, smiling while playing. When I remarked on this, he replied: ‘Well Grandma, I made a mistake, but thought that if I smiled and carried on then no one would notice.’ It worked!
