I IN A bid to raise a awareness of mental health in memory of her late boyfriend, Billy Yates, who took his own life last year, Zoe Ball embarked e on a gruelling cycle challenge for Sport Relief earlier this month. Accompanied by endurance challenge professional Greg Whyte (pictured with Ball), her mission was to spend five days cycling more than 300 miles, from her birthplace of Blackpool to her beloved Brighton. Day one sees her covering 70 miles, from Blackpool to Widnes — the farthest she has ever cycled. This film follows her emotional and uplifting journey.
