Baby on board? Topshop billionaire’s girl ‘ is pregnant by her married convict lover’
MANY queried her wisdom when billionaire’s daughter Chloe Green began dating a convicted gangster.
But now the Topshop heiress’s romance with jailbird- turned- model Jeremy Meeks has prompted a different question: is she having his baby?
The 27- year- old daughter of controversial yacht- owning tycoon Sir Philip Green is pregnant, according to US reports. She and ‘ hot felon’ Meeks, 34, are not denying the rumours.
Miss Green has been pictured wearing oversized clothes for several weeks and friends say she has given up alcohol and partying.
She has been dating the US model since they met in Cannes last May.
However, Meeks – who shot to fame after his police mugshot caught the attention of top modelling agencies – is still married to Melissa, his wife of eight years. They have an eight- yearold son, Jeremy Jr, and he is stepfather to her two children from a previous relationship.
Mrs Meeks, 38, has claimed that she
and her husband were expecting another child but she suffered a miscarriage when pictures emerged of him kissing Miss Green on a yacht.
Although Miss Green’s romance with Meeks was initially dismissed as a holiday fling the couple have since shared dozens of intimate pictures on social media as they travelled the
world. Former BHS boss Sir Philip, who runs a £ 3.8billion fashion empire, is said to have given his approval to the relationship and his wife Tina was accompanied by the pair at a charity gala in Monaco, where she is based.
Self- styled fashion expert Miss Green, who found fame on the reality TV series Made In Chelsea, is known
for her lavish lifestyle. Meeks has spent several years in prison on theft and gang charges and has an array of gangland tattoos across his body.
He was jailed for robbery and assault in 2002. In 2015 he was jailed for illegal possession of a handgun. He has been described by police in his California hometown as ‘ one of the most violent criminals in the area’.
Meeks has a teardrop tattoo under his left eye, said to symbolise the death of a gang member, and the word ‘ Crips’ on his right forearm – referring to a notorious Californian gang involved in drugs and murder.
Friend of Mrs Meeks accuse him of ‘ mooching’ – scrounging off Miss Green. One told Hollywood Life: ‘ Melissa knows this game already that Jeremy is running on Chloe. She’s been through it before. He’s a mooch, and he put Chloe right where he wanted her to make his move’.
Representatives for Meeks and Miss Green did not respond to requests for a comment.
