Girl, 7, draws mother in bed with hangover... and submits it as homework

MOsT of us like to forget any hangover from hell as soon as possible.

Margaret stevenson, however, doesn’t have that luxury – after her seven-year- old daughter recorded hers for a school homework assignment.

Little Lucie drew her mum while she was suffering the effects of one prosecco too many on a girls’ night out.

The embarrasse­d 39-year- old only found out her bad behaviour had been recorded after attending a recent parents’ evening. And it was her husband scott 39, who pointed out the artwork.

The mother-of-two said she was ‘mortified’ to see the sketch of herself lying in bed with a sick bucket by her side. underneath it, Lucie my mummy had written: got sick. ‘ On she sunday [had] horrible juices to drink and she needs to rest.’ In marking the work, the teacher had replied: ‘Oh I hope she feels better soon!’

Mrs stevenson, a pharmacy technician from Kilmarnock, scotland, said: ‘Kids are truthful and they just say what they think. It is funny it sick was bucket. what ingenious they We take have to in. include shown I thought the the drawing and everybody to our loves friends it.’ and family Mrs stevenson said she’d had a terrible hangover after her night out in november with other school mums and spent most of the next day in bed.
