Mkhitaryan faces injury KO

ARSENAL fear that Henrikh Mkhitaryan faces weeks on the sidelines with a medial knee-ligament injury. Mkhitaryan went off in Thursday night’s Europa League win over CSKA Moscow and will miss the visit of Southampton tomorrow. The initial prognosis is not positive and manager Arsene Wenger revealed yesterday that the winger may have suffered ligament damage. ‘Micki came off and he will be out for Sunday,’ Wenger said. ‘He has a scan and the fear is that his medial knee ligament has been touched.
