Truly a hands-on mum!

I TAKE my hat off to film star Catherine Zeta-Jones.

Not only has she managed to produce a very beautiful child, despite being married to a rather prune-like husband, she has also achieved something that I, no matter how hard I try, simply cannot. Namely, getting my 14-year-old daughter to occupy the same room as me, let alone stand next to me long enough for a photo to be taken.

That said, judging by her vice-like grip on her offspring’s waist, perhaps it isn’t all quite as effortless as it looks . . .
