They cost up to £850 a month. But they’ll wash your kit, top up your Botox and even look after the kids. ALICE HART-DAVIS reveals:

THE CROWD: An overwhelmi­ngly profession­al vibe here, thanks to where the gym is, in among businesses. As for celebs? ‘I wouldn’t be at liberty to give you names,’ says general manager Ollie Thomas diplomatic­ally, though he adds that they’re the sort who probably wouldn’t mind. SPECIAL ATTRACTION­S: The spa — you could spend the whole day here exploring the ‘thermal suite’, the pool with its massage jets and waterfall, and the sauna, before refuelling at the Marco Pierre White restaurant. THE COST: Between £50-£65 per month for full membership, which includes gym and classes (personal training is extra). TAKE-HOME MOVE: Side lunge, to stretch the hips and work the legs. Feet facing forward, extend your arms straight out. Step right with your right leg. Bend at the hips, transferri­ng your weight towards your right foot. Your left leg should be nearly fully extended. Push back up with your right leg. Do three sets of ten reps on each leg.
