YOU’LL BE SO LUCKY TO BUMP INTO KYLIE

- Kxlife.co.uk

THE SET-UP: Super- smart and well- appointed club in Knightsbridge, where the dark wood panelling, low lighting and sleek fittings speak of wealth, discretion and exclusivity.

THE KIT: As well as the large gym space, eight fitness studios and clinics offering physiotherapy, age-management and aesthetic medicine — so you can top up your Botox after a workout. There’s a proper spa and a superb restaurant, so it’s very easy to spend half the day here. THE TRAINING: Everything from sports-specific training to yoga. The personal training is so popular that the club clocks up to 500 hours of it a week. THE CROWD: Alpha-type businessmen, yummy mummies and glossy locals. Pippa Middleton worked out here before her wedding and Kylie Minogue has been a regular, though the club won’t confirm or deny this.

SPECIAL ATTRACTIONS: All members get a detailed health analysis, from body composition tests to DNA analysis to measure how well your telomeres are doing (the ‘caps’ on the end of chromosomes; the longer they are, the better your longevity). Calorie- counted food- delivery packages are also available.

THE COST: Joining fee, £2,000. Monthly membership, £595.

TAKE-HOME MOVE: Side bridge with rotation to shape the waist. Lying on your side, lift your hips into a side bridge, resting on the forearm and feet. Reach your top hand towards the ceiling, then down and under your body. Do five times on each side.
