CITY LINE UP £50m NAPOLI ACE JORGINHO

MANCHESTER CITY have moved into pole position to sign £50million-rated Napoli midfielder Jorginho. Liverpool had been considered favourites for the Italy international (below), who has impressed this season at the base of Napoli’s slick midfield. However, City have held productive talks with his representative Joao Santos over two meetings in recent weeks and hope to have convinced him to move to the Etihad this summer. City remain keen on signing Leicester’s Riyad Mahrez.
