Scam alert

FOOTBALL fans are being warned to avoid websites offering tickets to the 2018 FIFA World Cup at wildly inflated prices. Action Fraud, part of City of London Police, says

fifa.com/tickets is the only official and legitimate ticketing website.

If you buy them elsewhere — such as via ticket brokers, internet auctions or unofficial websites — you may be refused access to the stadium.
