Phone bill shock

MILLIONS of Three mobile phone customers face huge increases in charges for calls that are over their monthly allowance.

From June 18, the cost of making calls to UK landlines that are not included in your deal will rise from 35p to 55p a minute.

Picture and video messages will jump from 40 to 55p per message. Meanwhile, international calls to Europe from the UK will more than double from between 46p to 56p per minute to £1.25.

International calls to the rest of the world will rise from between 46p and £1.02 per minute to £1.75.
