HEALTH insurance customers face a postcode lottery, with people in some areas paying three times as much as those in other regions for the same policy.

A 50-year-old non-smoker from Newcastle would pay just £44-amonth for health insurance from Aviva, while the same policy would cost £129 if the customer lived in North-West London, figures from broker Regency Health show.
