Anna Friel thrills as a lady in red

ANNA FRIEL transformed herself into a lady in red yesterday when she appeared at a London Q&A wearing a £700 Suzannah ‘Odette’ dress.

The 41-year-old star has been nominated for best supporting actress at this month’s Baftas for her role as a single mother in BBC drama Broken.

Friel was the talk of last year’s Baftas after she was seen canoodling on the night with Stranger Things star Charlie Heaton, 17 years her junior.

Friel dated David Thewlis for ten years until 2009 and then had a three-year romance with Welsh scruff Rhys Ifans.
