Roma robbed as ref missed this handball

ROMA were denied a penalty in the 62nd minute which could have given them real hope of an unlikely comeback. The ball was shot firmly (above) by Stephan El Shaarawy towards goal, but blocked by Liverpool full back Trent Alexander-Arnold. Damir Skomina, the Slovenian referee, missed the illegal handball contact which should have resulted in a penalty, but only a yellow card for Alexander-Arnold as the ball appeared to be going over the crossbar.
