Ignore food police!

THE food police are at it again. This time the enemy is meat. Last week it was wine, before that it was dairy and eggs. All my life I have eaten meat, drunk red wine, poured organic whole milk on my muesli, and eaten six eggs a week with buttered toast.

I don’t have health problems or take medication and my BMI is a healthy 22. I avoid sugar and eat lots of fruit and nuts. In December, I shall be 90, so can the food police tell me where I am going wrong?
