WHAT HAS HE GOT?

-

THIS Northern Irish player has been around the Stevenage scene for four seasons. He looks as though he is growing in maturity and next season he could be the main playmaker at a League Two club which has lacked stability in recent times. Three managerial changes this season is not a healthy environment for a developing player. A strong boy, he has a decent left foot but a somewhat jerky running style. Playing on the right of midfield in a recent game, Kennedy (right) proved he was comfortable flitting from wide to inside and having periods playing behind two hard-running strikers. In the past he has played many games as a front man, where his improvisation has provided some eye-catching goals. He is a tidy player who can produce a clever pass when required. He can visualise a move and find space to get on the ball, even though it is not easy at this level when midfield is often bypassed by a long ball.
