INJURED KOSCIELNY’S WORLD CUP AGONY

-

LAURENT KOSCIELNY’S World Cup hopes seem to be in ruins after the Arsenal captain suffered a serious achilles injury last night. The France centre half was carried off on a stretcher early in the Europa League semi-final second leg against Atletico Madrid. His manager Arsene Wenger said: ‘Koscielny doesn’t look very good. He has

?? SAMI MOKBEL ?? had achilles problems for about 18 months and needs regular treatment. If a rupture is confirmed, he could face four to eight months out.
