The Shadow Brexit Secretary recently told supporters to ‘make history’, adding: ‘ Imagine the headlines … “Wandsworth, Labour gain”.’
Chris Williamson
Last month, the MP said it was the ‘easiest period to campaign for Labour in my entire life’.
‘It’s easy when you’re telling the truth. It’s like all my Christmases have come together – the sort of Labour Party I dreamed about, having a mass membership and appealing to young people,’ he added.
