WHAT I’VE BEEN UP TO...

IT’S been a hard week in training and that has taken up most of my time. I did, however, get to see DMAs — an Australian band who have been given the seal of approval by Liam Gallagher — in Brixton on Tuesday night. I received a hamper of chocolate from Cadbury, who are promoting their new Playmaker of the Year award, the honour that will go to the player who gets most assists. They told me I got the hamper because they liked me, which was very nice of them indeed. I made sure that all the goodies were kept firmly away from Charlie Adam.
