Pension penalty

BOSSES who deny their workers a pension risk their businesses being raided and assets seized to pay their debts. Watchdog The Pensions Regulator can now appoint officers to confiscate assets from firms that fail to comply with the rules, which force businesses to pay into pensions for staff earning more than £10,000.
