Road to nowhere

THe fact students can’t read a map (Mail) does not surprise me, as most adults can’t either. satellite navigation only makes it worse.

Travelling from Wales to the Peak district, i used my trusty aa road map. My partner, travelling from essex, used his satnav.

i arrived at our destination and was making a cup of tea when he rang. When i asked where he was, he replied: ‘i’ve no idea.’
