LENIENT MOSS LETS NOBLE OFF THE HOOK

MARK NOBLE should have been dismissed after an inexplicable over-reaction to a Paul Pogba challenge but referee Jon Moss settled on a yellow for both. It looked like end-of-season benevolence from Moss, who appeared to see the incident (above) when the West Ham captain initially charged into Pogba’s chest before grabbing him by the face. So, with the FA unable to charge Noble, he will be free to play West Ham’s final game of the season instead of missing it with a suspension.
