Newsreader’s sleepless nights

ITV newsreader Tom Bradby is suffering from chronic insomnia and will not return to work for weeks, it was reported yesterday.

The former royal correspondent, right, may even miss his friend Prince Harry’s wedding on Saturday.

The £500,000-a-year News At Ten presenter, who has not been on air for five weeks, looked ‘pale and drawn’ at a charity lunch in London on 6 March.

A source close to Bradby, 51, told the Mail on Sunday: ‘Tom has been off dealing with insomnia. It looks like he will be off for a further three weeks.’
