The pomegranate is deliciously juicy and the red cabbage is tangy. But it’s so sweet and creamy, you could almost be eating ice cream. 4/5
Roasted Beetroot and Mint
£1.55 for 200g, sainsburys.co.uk THE jewel colour is gorgeous and I love the refreshing taste. 4/5
