IT LOOKS as though the BBC has come up with another winning formula with this new culinary show, hosted by First DatesDates’ Fred Sirieix Sirie (pictured). It’s The Apprentice meets MasterChef, as each week, restaurateurs try to convince a team of backers to invest in their businesses. In the first episode, sommelier Emily and chef Ruth are looking to secure a £600,000 investment in their fine-dining concept, Epoch, while Ewen needs £100,000 to open fast-fish restaurant ShrimpWreck. But will they be able to entice any investors to take a bite?
