WAS the eU a good idea? of course! A Common Market — what’s not to like? So what went wrong? Politicians wanting to rule the roost.

Did we need enormous buildings? Did we need 480 MePs pocketing 100,000 euro each per year?

Did we need unelected Commissioners holding all the power while we had one representative who was unknown to most of us?

Did we need our laws to be overruled by european courts? Did we need to send £350 million each week to this behemoth?
