Adding insult to injury
trAVeLLing at 70mph on the M56, my car was rammed by speeding joyriders in a stolen car.
We hit the central reservation and spun back across the motorway into the hard shoulder barrier.
My wife was injured, the car was a write-off and the joyriders absconded. As we were dealing with an unknown driver, part of the claim was covered by the Motor insurance Bureau. When i received my insurance renewal quote, it had soared from £566 to £1,249. that is how Liverpool Victoria treats loyal customers. DEniS HErnOn, Stockport, Cheshire.
