Sweet for Yorkshire

THE latest American food craze is Dutch Babies: large Yorkshire puddings with a sweet filling. This has outraged British foodies.

As a child I loved them with jam or treacle, butter and sugar, or pickled damsons. A perfect end to a proper meal.
