Stand with your feet hipwidth apart, soft knees and one weight in each hand. Lift the weights at your sides, keeping your arms straight, until you reach shoulder height and then lower again.
Go for as many as you can for one minute with a minute rest. Aim for five sets.
Remember to breathe out on the lift, then breathe in when you lower the weight. For a challenge, try exercises balancing on one foot.
