Europe’s royals ‘very miffed’ at wedding snub

MY DISCLOSURE last week that junior members of the Royal Family were aghast at not being invited to Prince Harry’s wedding is nothing compared with the disappointment felt by his European cousins.

I am told there was genuine shock when members of foreign royal families who have been invited to all previous big royal weddings realised they were not on the guest list.

‘ They are very miffed,’ a royal source tells me.

‘They invite the Windsors to everything — weddings and big parties — and usually Prince Edward is the only one who turns up. Now they feel as if there has been a Royal Brexit.’

The only foreign royal at St George’s Chapel was Prince Seeiso of Lesotho, with whom Harry founded the Sentebale charity.
