TINY TWEAKS
SAY ‘no’ more often, says Dr Rafael Euba, a consultant psychiatrist at the London Psychiatry Centre. ‘Many of us feel we need to say yes to every request, but this can lead to stress. I ask myself: “Would I want to do this today?” If the answer is no, it will also be no in a few weeks’ time. This helps me prioritise what I need to do, and stops me feeling anxious.’
