Nerdy Harry Potter child star makes a magical groom

AS CLUMSY Neville Longbottom in the Harry Potter films, Matthew Lewis, right, was too shy to flirt with girls at Hogwarts.

In real life, he has managed to woo beautiful American blogger Angela Jones and the couple were married in Portofino, Italy, at the weekend.

Lewis, 28, who is from Leeds, recently played prime suspect Sean Balmforth in the BBC’s hit crime drama Happy Valley. He shared online this picture, far right, from their wedding in which he looks dashing in a tuxedo while the bride glows in a long, slimline white gown.

Angela, whose age has not been disclosed, is said to have been married before.

Lewis jokes that he was ‘fuming’ because the wedding meant he missed a gig by his favourite band, the Arctic Monkeys.
