Complaints rocket

RECORD numbers of customers are complaining about highinterest loans and store cards. The Financial Ombudsman received 36,300 complaints about expensive credit in the year ending in April — a 40 pc rise on the previous 12 months. The increase has been driven by a 61 pc hike in complaints about payday loans.
