Bank bullies

NO WONDER people are taken in by fraudsters who phone up and imitate bank staff (Mail). The banks are part of the problem.

My partner was called by the bank to warn him he was about to go over his credit limit because a supposedly reputable company had ring-fenced a large sum of money for a planned

purchase and had taken the charge a second time.
