Big Sky, Big Dreams, Big Art: Made In The USA, 9pm, BBC4 IN PART one, Waldemar Januszczak told us how artists reacted to the Wild West. In part two, the focus is cities, and he begins in New York, that ‘Grand Canyon made of bricks and glass’, a symbol of progress that inspired such artists as Margaret BourkeWhite and Joseph Stella.
