WE LOVE GREECE!

Gemma Atkinson is visiting Greece with her partner, Gorka Márquez, because it has the perfect mix of everything MYSELF and Gorka are visiting Greece this summer and we couldn’t be more excited. I’ve visited Greece a few times and found it has the perfect mixture of romance, night life and quality downtime.

The scenery is something else. The crisp white buildings with blue-sky backdrop make it very picturesque and relaxing. Especially with a glass of wine and fresh local salad, overlooking the ocean.

With it being the birth place of Aphrodite, it already feels romantic, but with the clear blue sea and exceptional beaches, we cannot wait to stroll, lounge and dine on them.

I always find the locals so welcoming and friendly and that’s why I love returning to Greece.

The hidden treasure

I always find the locals so welcoming and friendly

for me there would be Aphrodite’s bath. It’s a beautiful lagoon, supposedly located on the spot where she exited the water on to the mainland.

We like to mix up our training on holiday, and although it’s never as full on as at home, we do like to pick a hotel with a gym, so we have the option to use it.

Exercise on holiday isn’t for everyone, but it’s something we enjoy doing together. It helps me feel the best version of me, which is the ethos behind my new fitness apparel range, launching this summer.

We love being outdoors, going on morning hikes, exploring new places and taking morning swims in the ocean. We’re officially on countdown for our holiday in Greece.
