MO DOUBT FOR URUGUAY
EGYPT’S FA president Hany Abo Rida has confirmed that Mohamed Salah is a major doubt for Egypt’s World Cup opener against Uruguay on June 15. Salah has had treatment in Valencia after landing on his shoulder following a challenge from Real Madrid’s Sergio Ramos in the Champions League final. ‘Salah will be out for between two to three weeks because of his shoulder ligaments injury,’ Abo Rida told DRN radio station. ‘His participation against Uruguay is difficult, but we are trying to make him fit for the World Cup opener.’
