NOTE that South must win the first trump trick with a top honour in order to leave himself with no entry problems to dummy.

having had the luck to draw trumps in two rounds, the play is easy. Cash three rounds of spades and, if the suit breaks 3-3, you’re home and dry. If spades don’t break, cash ♦ A K, discarding clubs, then ruff the fourth spade, cross back to dummy via a trump and take the club finesse. If West wins, he will be end-played.
