PROBE LAUNCHED Energy regulator Ofgem is investigat­ing suppliers Economy Energy and E (Gas and Electricit­y) as well as consultanc­y firm Dyball Associates over claims they breached competitio­n law. Ofgem alleges that in 2016, the three firms had a deal that prevented the two suppliers targeting each other’s customers.
