FROM the same collection as her jagged-edged wedding bracelet (bottom far right), these Cartier chandelier earrings are made from 18ct white gold and are each set with 19 round diamonds totalling 0.81ct, and ten rectangular stones totalling 1.08ct. All in all, that’s 58 stunning sparklers dangling from Meghan’s ears. She wore them to her evening wedding reception at Frogmore House in Windsor paired with a halterneck Stella McCartney gown and an elegant up-do — all the better for showing them off. At £60,000 a pair, it was perhaps wise to wear the earrings on their own, without the matching bracelet she had on for the ceremony (though she did accessorise with a £40,000 aquamarine ring that had once belonged to Princess Diana).
