Dozy boozers in court again

-

THREE criminals who couldn’t resist posting pictures of themselves boozing while carrying out community service on Facebook are to be sent back to court.

Lee Snowden, Chris Bader and Matthew Fisher were found to have breached community orders after selfies of them drinking lager when they should have been serving their punishment by cutting hedges were posted on social media.

In one image, above, the trio, wearing Community Payback jackets, were said to have mocked the justice system after posting it on Facebook with the caption: ‘Might as well have a few on unpaid work.’

Details of their original crimes have not been disclosed but they must return to court to be re-sentenced and could face jail. West yorkshire Police and Crime Commissioner Mark Burns-Williamson said their behaviour was ‘clearly not what we would want to see from anyone completing Community Payback’.
