A CEREAL NUISANCE

-

Sugar Puffs were lovely, Now I don’t know who to blame, But someone changed the recipe And they don’t taste the same. They reduced the sugar they put in; I think they changed the honey. They say they’ve made them healthier; I think they’re saving money. So I went on their Facebook page And things got out of hand. I said I didn’t like them And guess what? Now I’m banned. ‘Put some sugar on them,’ Was their advice to me. I couldn’t really do that cos I’d thrown them out, you see. I asked if they could bring them back And sell them side by side, And be like Coca-Cola — Let the customer decide. But they had made their minds up Cos they’re not really fussed, And another childhood memory Has gone and bit the dust. But don’t feel sorry for me — I’m not worried, mate, I’m eating Kellogg’s Frosties And believe you me, they’re GRRREAT! David A. Ashton, St Helens, Merseyside.
