Jonathan Lewis, 56 Non-executive, Equinor

CAPITA boss Jonathan Lewis is joini n g the board of Norwegian oil major Equinor (formerly Statoil) as it looks to diversify.

Originally from south Wales, he spent 15 years in Texas working for oil services company Halliburton. He took over at outsourcer Capita last December after previous employer Amec Foster Wheeler was sold to Wood Group. The IT and administration firm has tapped shareholders for £701m as it tries to recover from a string of missteps.
