Manuel Lanzini is out of the World Cup and may miss the rest of 2018 after suffering a serious knee injury in training with Argentina. The 25-year-old attacker (below) suffered a ruptured anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee in training yesterday and is now likely to return to London to receive treatment from his club’s doctors. The Hammers are awaiting information from the Argentinian Football
