The Fast Fix: Diabetes, 9pm, ITV BRITAIN is in the midst of a diabetes crisis. Presented by Anita Rani (pictured with Dr Zoe Williams and Professor Jason Gill), this two-part series follows a group of people with type 2 diabetes as they embark on a radical liquid diet in the hope of reversing their condition. Strangely, the BBC beat ITV to this last month, with The Big Crash Diet Experiment. Continues tomorrow.
